The Document content type creates a document library. This content type will include a field for the primary document, as well as multiple supporting documents in a filterable view, where there is no link to the node (page), but just a link to the documents. There is a field for a brief description that can be used to link users to more information, such as the full OCP page, or a related page, such as the online version of a form.
Each Document Type will have the option to have their own sub-type (AKA document type).
