The Project content type acts as a hub for City projects, including construction and capital projects. By default the view will only show Current Projects, but will be able to be filtered by users to show Completed Projects.

Adding a Project/Initiative
- Once logged in, go to the Drupal Admin toolbar and navigate to Content > Add content > Project
- Fill in the necessary fields:
- Title: For the name of the project or initiative. Required field
- Project type: (dropdown)
- Project status: (dropdown)
- Completion date: (date picker)
- Address: multi-fields
- File:
- Click Add media button
- Either search by Name in the field on your site or click Choose File in the Add file field to upload a new document
- Clicking Choose file will allow you to upload a document from your desktop
- Select the document you want to upload, and click the Open button
- In the Add or select media window include:
- Name: Required field. This is the name of your document without the file type or without use to dashes for spaces (eg. Test Document, not test-document.pdf)
- Attributes
- Tags - this is an optional way to categorize documents
- Click Save and insert
- Once you have filled out the above fields, select the Publish button at the top of the page.
Editing a Content Type
- To edit a specific node, click on Content in the Drupal toolbar.
- Filter content type dropdown by Projects.
- Click the Filter button.
- Click edit to the right of your specific item in the Operations column or click the Title of your item and then click the Edit button.
- Make your desired edits.
- Once done, click the Publish button at the top of the page
